Even though they liked each other back then, due to circumstances their relationship didn't work out. They rekindle their love but soon after 'Nabab' gets tied up in a conspiracy and blackmailed into killing the Chief Minister.

REVIEW: Nabab is a film that reinvents Shakib Khan in a completely new avatar. His look in the film is quite different from all the other films he has done till now, which stays mesmerizing nonetheless. This goes to show how much of a difference good costume designers and stylists can make. Shakib Khan has tried his best to deliver a good performance, but some slight mishaps might have prevented that. He still needs to work on the delivery of the dialogues. Other than that, his acting wasn't at all bad. Subhasree looked glamorous but she still needs to work on her acting skills a bit more. Although she looked the part, she didn't really play the part too well. Overall, the film isn't bad but viewers will find a lot of similarities with Shahrukh Khan's Baadshah.
